All staff working with the data being managed by ATSIDA, or who may come into contact with it through their roles (eg IT staff) are required to sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement.
UTSeScholarship staff are responsible for ensuring that information within their care are only accessible to employees of the ADA and ATSIDA or to individuals who have registered with the ADA or ATSIDA and have completed the appropriate End User Licence.
Data and associated documentation entrusted to UTSeData only remain within the UTSeScholarship office for the time required to prepare it for deposit into the designated data archive. Datasets and documentation temporarily held by UTSeData are handled securely in accordance with the following requirements.
